1. Cancellation of Services

– Users may cancel their subscription to our services at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, services will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred. Users are responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred before the cancellation date.

2. Refunds

– Refunds may be issued for prepaid services upon cancellation, subject to the following conditions:
– Monthly Subscriptions: Users may request a refund within 15 days of the initial purchase date for monthly subscriptions. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
– Annual Subscriptions: Users may request a refund within 330 days of the initial purchase date for annual subscriptions. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus any applicable processing fees or early termination charges.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the refund request. All refunds are subject to approval and may be subject to processing fees or deductions for any damages or misuse of services.

– Once work has been performed partially or in full on a service, refunds are not applicable
